At The Benevolent Wolf, we believe giving back should be intentional, understandable, and transparent. Every item in our Shop carries a purpose, with a specific dollar amount from each purchase designated to support a nonprofit organization.

We want you to feel confident about the difference your purchase helps make—knowing both the organization you're supporting and exactly how much will be contributed.

How Our Giving Works

Every product in The Benevolent Wolf Shop includes a fixed-dollar contribution to a designated nonprofit organization. The contribution amount varies by product, and both the amount and recipient are clearly identified on its listing.

Rather than using a percentage of profits or a general promise to give back, we identify the actual dollar amount associated with each completed, non-refundable purchase.

For example, if a product states that $4 supports a particular nonprofit, $4 from each completed, non-refunded purchase of that item is designated for that organization.

It's a simple commitment: you know what you're purchasing, who you're supporting, and how much is being given.

Current Season Giving

Each season, The Benevolent Wolf highlights a nonprofit whose work reflects the compassion, connection, and community care at the heart of our mission.

Our current-season and evergreen merchandise supports the nonprofit featured during that season. Each product clearly identifies its designated nonprofit and fixed-dollar contribution.

Season Two · Autumn 2026

Our featured nonprofit is Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, an organization dedicated to giving older dogs the care, love, and second chances they deserve.

Purchases of current-season and evergreen products during Season Two generate their stated contributions for Muttville. Products from our Legacy Collection continue supporting their originally designated nonprofits, regardless of the current season.

Legacy Giving: Continuing the Connection

Some missions deserve to stay with us long after their featured season has ended.

At the conclusion of each nonprofit season, The Benevolent Wolf plans to introduce a special Legacy product—a commemorative piece inspired by the organization's mission and the lessons we've gathered along the way.

These products become part of our permanent Legacy Collection, offering a lasting expression of gratitude while continuing to generate support for the nonprofits that inspired them.

For example, a Season One Legacy product supports Pets for the Elderly Foundation, even while The Benevolent Wolf features Muttville Senior Dog Rescue during Season Two.

Each Legacy product clearly identifies its designated nonprofit and the fixed-dollar contribution associated with every completed, non-refunded purchase.

The season ends. The support doesn't.

How Contributions Are Tracked and Shared

The Benevolent Wolf maintains records of completed, non-refunded Shop purchases and the corresponding fixed-dollar contributions designated for each nonprofit organization.

Contributions are tracked separately for each nonprofit, whether they originate from current-season merchandise, evergreen products, or our Legacy Collections. This ensures that support generated for an organization remains designated for that organization, even after its featured season has ended.

Donations are generally made on a quarterly basis. At the end of each giving period, we reconcile the contributions generated through eligible purchases and arrange payment to the appropriate nonprofit organizations.

Once donations have been completed, we document the recipient, amount, and donation date on our Our Impact & Giving page.

This ongoing record includes support for both current and previously featured nonprofits, providing a transparent account of our giving as The Benevolent Wolf grows.

A Note About Your Purchase

The Benevolent Wolf is an independently operated, for-profit business, not a nonprofit organization.

When you purchase from our Shop, you are purchasing a product from The Benevolent Wolf. We designate a stated fixed-dollar amount from each completed, non-refunded purchase to support the nonprofit identified on that product's listing.

Purchases are not charitable donations made directly by customers to nonprofit organizations and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

The organizations we feature are recognized for their meaningful work. Unless explicitly stated, their inclusion on our website does not imply an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of The Benevolent Wolf.
