Because many of our items are made-to-order, limited edition, handmade, or connected to seasonal impact tracking, we keep our shipping and returns policy simple and clear.
Shipping
Orders are processed as carefully and promptly as possible. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product type, production partner, carrier timelines, order volume, and destination.
Some items may be fulfilled directly by The Benevolent Wolf, while others may be produced and shipped through trusted third-party fulfillment partners.
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Shipping Delays
If an order is significantly delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you.
If we are unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law, we may offer the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.
The Benevolent Wolf is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order enters production or fulfillment.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, duplicate orders, seasonal items, limited edition products, handmade items, or made-to-order items.
This policy helps us keep donation tracking, small-batch production, and fulfillment clear and manageable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Lost or Unfulfilled Orders
If your order appears lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can review the order status.
For unshipped or unfulfilled orders, we will follow applicable law and work toward a fair resolution, which may include replacement, continued waiting with your consent, or refund.
Give Back Products
Products marked as “Gives Back This Season” include a stated contribution amount directed to the current featured nonprofit.
Because Give Back products are tied to seasonal impact tracking, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or are otherwise required to be refunded under applicable law.
